Message about 2 months ago i started the process of pulling my plenum in order to do a bunch of preventative maintenance, powder coat a bunch of stuff, install some performance parts, and generally give me a good winter project. i hit a few rough spots and was ready to give up at least once, but now everything is basically complete. a huge thanks to everyone here for helping me along.

aside from the engine bay work, i installed a electronic boost controller, doolz intake, ashpec ecu, and later this week i'll install my specialtyz exhaust (cat back).

here are some shots for anyone interested. before anyone says anything, i know i'm missing bolts on the intake cover between the head lights. i'm having some issues with alignment and can't get all the screws in at the moment. the bay could also use one last once over with some cleaning supplies, but enough excuses, here's what i accomplished. i feel good about it.

eep, just realized i forgot to install the red "twin turbo" plenum emblem. i'll do that later.

trg (http://www.trgcoating.com/ did my powder coating (all wrinkle black). tom's a nice guy, does great work, and charges reasonable prices.

wreck-o-mend http://www.wreckomendautobody.com painted my timing belt covers and plenum cover. (yes, i need to do my fan shroud at some point).
