Message	the harbor freight welders work fine but not as good as higher grade welders. I've successfully welded small objects together with my uncles harbor freight welder, it would work on exhaust. Its not a clean weld, you cant make it look "professional" but if you need to tack things together it will work. Just don't use it on things that could endanger your life (i.e. suspension or chassis). Torque wrenches need to be very accurate. Never trust anything to be accurate from harbor freight. Nothing from there is. The beatings will continue until morale improves.
