Message	Some people complain about your customer service and recommend other vendors, and others might doubt your test results (which so far nobody has been able to prove inaccurate). But no one can argue against the quality of anything you produce, and the fact that your innovations were truly *invented* by you. The people who criticize your products and the way you handle your business are the very same people who flipped out when they saw the MSP manifold knock offs – even though we all know that the MSP manifolds have been available, yet unavailable, for the longest time. This leaves you with two options: Continue developing one of a kind, top notch products; or you can start blatantly copying other people’s hard work in order to surprise Z enthusiasts with new performance parts with only your name on them. The way I see it, there is no way to please the people you are talking about. It seems like they just sit there and fish for something to bitch and whine about. With that being said, continue doing what you do and don’t let these things get to you. There are many people who appreciate innovation and top quality products; therefore, you will always have customers. As for your customer service, I still remember the email you sent me a while back about your class C ECU. That’s further proof that you truly stand behind what you sell. Keep up the good work Ash! If it wasn't for people like you we would get reproductions of the same shit over and over again, with the only difference being the brand name and maybe a cheaper price tag.
