I would buy from whoever could supply the product and if they had equal availability would SERIOUSLY consider getting them in Aluminum, as that is the part of the car that you most need to reduce weight in, and rust is another concern. Finally, I would also consider using 2.25" pipe from the turbo to the IC and then 2.5" from the IC to the (preferably oversized) TBs, but of all the above concerns I think this the least. While the sizing configuration was important to me, I would put material choice first. I am confident in the quality of both their release caliber products and would go with whatever is the best in availability, materials and finally cost.
