Message	arent seals ALWAYS under that kind of pressure, i.e. when theyre made, sitting on the shelf in some assembly plant, sitting in the turbo while waiting to be sold etc. so ur saying these seals have a finite life from the day of manufacture regardless if they are put in a turbo or not?
