Message	you should know that Z32s no matter what will always cost you more in maintenance than most other cars. This car requires time and effort. If you are not 100% dedicated to it, and its going to be your DD, you're in for a lot of trouble very soon, whether or not it has been taken care of. On the other hand, if you have a reliable 2nd car, and you want something to toy with when you have spare time, why not? This sounds like a nice candidate for a slow restoration to a beautiful Z. I would start with a 120K service, or save up for a low mileage Aspec TT engine while you drive this till it dies. *****
