check for proper clearance under the brace for fuel line clearance. Remember, the engine moves quite a bit so even if there appears to be enough room there may still be rubbing. Two fellow Zer's of mine had their strut tower braces rubbing the fuel lines and would have eventually had a big BBQ. We simply removed them and ground a little more room for the fuel lines. It's a 10min fix for a serious problem.
