Message	thus far. I have used 2 different kits with my UR flywheel which has no inserts either and no signs of pulling the threads out. Usually the only time this happends is if they are over tourqed or cross threaded, Not implying at all that you did either. Fidanzas/JWT's that I have seen have no inserts either. Not sure what grade aluminum RPS uses in there flywheels but we will have to address this when maching the RPS flywheels. Evidently it must be rather soft. Have you talked to SBC? Glad I saw this so I can take care of it on future RPS flywheels that get machined..
