Message	I am having trouble with what I think is a turbo problem. When I get up to higher boost, say 7+ psi, the turbos start to hesitate. They boost then let off, boost then let off, etc. They boost on and off quickly and I took it in but the place where I take it in Austin, the Z clinic, says they want $75 to hook it up to EFI diagnostic or something and do some "poking around" for an hour or two. What do you think is wrong and how much should this cost me if there is a problem. My baby is a 91 ztt with 100,600 miles and only intake/exhaust. Thanx for your help.
