Message	:Pretty smart license plate. It reads "1I11II1." I asked him what it meant and he said it was so that if anyone tried to chase him, they could not distinguish between the 1's and the I's I hope he's not serious. What are the chances of someone else having another plate that is a jumble of "1"s and "I"s? Not likely. He is probably the only one. Computers can quickly match plates if it consists of only two characters. LOL
