When I saw the video of the Walser Supra vs the Suzuki Hayabusa I said to myself I have to give that a try. So I have a friend who has a 900 Ninja and I told him about the video and I asked him if he would not mind if we tried that. He , along with me , believed it was going to be a cake walk for him but nonetheless I wanted to try just to see how I would do. I know that from a standstill he would walk all over me but on the go I thought he would still beat me but it would not be that bad of a beating. So he and I decided on the location and we headed there. **** Just as a preamble it was on a multi lane road , well light, well paved, straight and no traffic.**** ROUND 1: So we are crusing along at 120 km/hr and I am set at 1.6 about 22 lbs of boost and I give him the signal and be both pin it. We both hit about 270 km/hr and we let off. I beat him by about 1 1/2 to 2 car lengths. The approximately distance travelled was about 2 1/2 to 3 km. We both pull over and we talk about it and he can not believe that I was ahead and he would like another shot. WINNER: 300 TT ROUND 2: We head back in the opposite direct that we had just travelled on the same road. Again up to 120 km/hr and I give him the signal and we are off. This time I think I hit about 280 km/hr ( the reason I say that is that I was not looking at my speedo and that is what what buddy estimated since he was doing about 270 on him bike) . This time I was about 4 car lengths ahead of him. Travelling about the same distance. WINNER: 300TT We both return to where we started and he talked about the passes and I was pretty amazed that I was able to beat him as was he. However, there would be no way that I would be able to keep up to him from a stand still. Man is it fast now that it is all dialed in. I have yet to use the NOS but that will help the bottom end. If that is anything comparable to the top end all I can say is Holy F@#K!.
