Message	with all new parts inside. We also use 360 degree thrust bearings and JWT uses the less expensive 270s. We have considerable more money in our turbos. We sell a lot of turbos and have very few problems. I don't know what went on with this set of turbos but everyone needs to hold on until they are inspected. If there is a problem with them due to build quality of materials it will be taken care of. In reality there are several other circumstances that can cause turbo failure that are out of our control regarless who builds the turbos.
