1) as bad as you feel now, you WILL feel better as the days/weeks go on. i never believed this when others said it until it happened to me. trust me when i say you WILL get over her sooner than later. 2) girls at that age aren't worth stressing over because for the most part they're so immature. they like to act like they know exactly what they want and that they're in complete control of their feelings, but that's bullshit. she's obviously confused if she thinks she's found 'mr right' a week after you guys have broken up. 3) the best thing you could possibly do is find another girl. yes, getting with someone just to feel better after a breakup is lame, but if she's found another guy, it's pretty much your only option. if you're against that idea though, get yourself a heavy bag and pound the shit out of it every chance you get.. the testosterone release may be the rush you’re looking for. 4) finally, in the tt.net spririt.. if you're upset about the 23 year old getting with your ex, just remember that he's probably jealous of the fact that you drive a z. i'm not too sure exactly how this works, but that's the talk going around tt.net.. all non-z owners are jealous of z owners. it's just one of those things. good luck.
