Message	to have a physical. I get a physical yearly now (but I am a weeee bit older than you). My cholesterol was high and my bloodpressure was high also. I have been going to a Fitness Bootcamp group now for about 7mos. and it has been one of the best things I have done. More energy and my lab values are back to normal now. Glad your swap went well.
