"Gee guys, what are the hot item in cars for young people these days...." 7 years later, you get a car with practically 90's-civic-clone headlights, pseudo skyline taillights, and the fast and furious wing, with a boosted 4 cyl motor after dodge has already retired their boosted 4banger fwd beater. And people still buy this crap for new car prices....sad The '04 GTO, an unmistakeable overreaction towards overly conservative styling (in the wake of 10+ years of hideous gaudy styling across almost every single model), that gradually perked up ever-so-cautiously year by year. Of course by the time they had a winner in the '07 model, people had given up or forgotten about the car altogether, including their own marketing division. GM deserves to go under, they just plain suck. The Corvette division is the only bright spot in that whole mess.
