Message Spend the extra money and replace all the speakers as well.

You can run the BOSE stock speakers with an aftermarket HU.. .but it can cause the HU to fry overtime due to the differences in Ohms etc.

There are converters you can buy for like $50 but the sound is crap.

The power antenna will work, you just need to make sure you wire that 12v (blue) wire from the headunit to it.

I wired in a toggle switch for my panasonic touch screen in dash because it would not automatically make the antenna go up.

ps. I have personally not used the AVN 7000.

I am thinking of selling my 7" panasonic touch screen and getting a Pioneer double din and just modifying the stock bezel to fit.

NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
