Message	I am possibly going to be purchasing a Black 1991 Twin Turbo. The salesman says that in '91 they were recalled to put a limiter on them, and that this car is not limited, therefore he claims it has 426hp. It might have mods I am not sure?? Is he feeing me a line of bull? Is this a good car??? Any input will be helpful?? This is a major purchase. Also he's asking 14,900 w/ 88,000 miles?? How's the price. Thanks.
