: You know, winning fastest time of the day, first in class, that kind of thing? Just wondering. I was F Stock champ in the South Carolina region of the SCCA in 2000. My main competition was a Mustang GT driven by the Tennessee region champ. I always managed to eke out runs a couple tenths of a second faster than him. Made for some exciting competition, especially when he got some really sticky tires! Last weekend, though, there was a double points event, but a Mustang Cobra 4.6l with a set of sticky Kumhos and a good driver was there. I ended up second place by almost two whole seconds since I was on my normal raggedy street tires. I managed to beat another NA Z32 and a late-model Firebird, though. All the suspension parts in my car have 120,000 miles on them, too.
