Message Injectors that big would be a complete waste with stock turbos. 555cc will give a very marginal benefit with stock turbos. The 720s have more drivability problems than 555's but people do use these as daily drivers (At least I think a few do). Would be easy to search the profiles. Most choose to go with 555's which are good for 600 hp (and that maybe a RWHP number) but certainly they are good up until you do some bottom end work.

Very difficult to add extra injectors in plenum - been talked about but I don't think ever done.

Has someone gutted a Z - of course they have.

High altitude - Now why would that make any diff? You will have a tendency to run richer b/c you have less o2 / air mass. You should be able to tune that away. Now will you have a harder time at idle because you won't be able to make those injectors give such little gas - yeah I bet you would. Just stick to the 555's and you will be fine.
