Message	there was no paint transfer, and we couldn't pick him out of a lineup, they won't do anything. Alos, the plate came back as a white Explorer, when the car was a red compact. So he either swapped plates to an unregistere/uninsured vehicle, or the plates were stolen. Either way I think the owner of reccord should be liable.
