Message	I'll keep you posted. For now, I'm going to write a letter to Mr. Millen and explain what's been going on. In the letter I'll let him know when I'm coming in for servicing, and what concerns I have. At least that way, he'll know what's going on instead of me charging into his office screaming "bloody murder".
