Message datalogging wouldn't prove anything if a properly designed cooling system is keeping things at 180-190 degrees. Hell, you wouldn't even need a radiator cap at all, because you're below the boiling point at atmospheric pressure, let alone at 12-14 psi (or whatever it is) of a stock radiator cap.
