Message	lets assume i buy a part from a person or vendor and pay by paypal (linked to a bank account)...lets assume that person ships me a box with just newspapers and random crap in it, but has a delivery confirmation #...if you file a dispute saying you didnt get your part or got nothing, that person will just say he shipped it, present a confirmation # that says it was delivered, and paypal will side with them... as retarded as this sounds, this actually happened to me (luckily for me, it was just $50)...paypal, as great as it is sometimes, is also freaking retarded sometimes...the paypal employee i spoke to on the phone told me "yes, the other person would win the dispute" yes, paypal SUCKS with disputes
