I have an extra fuel rail to install all of the injectors into, build a small rack to hold the fuel rail and 6 graduated cylinders. Hook a pump up to the fuel rail and run it at specified pressure and supply 12V to each of the injectors independently, testing the flow of each one at a time. Run them for a full minute, timing handled via an electronic timer and measure fuel delivery. If all of the holes are bored properly and consistently, all injectors should flow the same amount of fuel. If not, the injectors can be disassembled and the bore can be modified to adust fuel flow. This is something that stock injectors (and aftermarket) don't have the advantage of doing. Granted, you wouldn't want just anyone to start tinkering with injector flow. :) But if you got the right tools, you can do anything. : Sounds like a lot of trouble to do....you don't seem that poor, cash wise :-) : How are you going to bench test them accurately? What if you weaken an element of the injector? I don't know why you'd risk your engine....But, good luck if you do it !
