Subject	Which setup has better cold weather dry traction?

Message	For the cold days of winter which would have better traction: Winter tires such as Blizzak 225 width on the stock NA 16x7.5 wheels all around OR Summer tires such as the Azenis RT615's 275width all around on 5zigen's 17x9 all around I know summer tire compound becomes very hard in cold weather but would it make up if it has the increased contact area with the road? I don't want the car to get all out of control accelerating with ~10psi of boost. Thanks
