| I forget who posted it but a similar/related question was posted some years ago regarding this. Given the criteria you mentioned ("all others being equal"), the general jist of the answer was: The NA's higher compression would make it quicker to accelerate as long as the TT was boosting less than 1 PSI at any given rpm range (TT's 8.5:1 vs. the NA's 9.5:1 compression).
