| recommended me to install one .. one of the best idiot gauges that I ever installed ... the after market oil pressure gauge is more sensitive to pressure than the stock unit and on more than a few occassions has alerted me to unacceptable oil levels ( caused by leaks or what not ) by either odd pressure readings / fluctuations or low oil pressure.
