And you already have the NA subframe in it? In either case, it's pretty easy to remove the diff or sub frame, getting the sub frame back up and lined up isn't the easiest thing if you're by yourself and working in a driveway where it's not level hehe, but it can be done. If you're doing it on jack stands, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get it up on all four stands to make clearance easier... There isn't much holding it to the car, it's like remove wheels, unbolt driveshaft, unbolt shocks from the top, take off calipers, unbolt/clip ABS sensor, and then take out the 2 brackets on each side and then there's just four big bolts holding it to the car after that if I remember :p
