but it's really too early to know what they're going to do. I think they are a bit surprised that there are other people they are affecting with their decisions (not just a credit card company), and that we are pissed enough to call them about it. As far as I'm concerned, in this instance I don't have any compassion for this type of behavior, I will not help little Tansey out of his situation by accepting a return of any parts in exchange for a credit, used or not. I say they auction or sell the parts for whatever they can get, if at a loss, so much the better. Seems like a valuable life-lesson for little Tansey.
