| 30 mins, first time. anyone who might do this by themselves NEEDS a harbor freight transmission jack. it worked perfectly for dropping the subframe. and for those who need a pic on how high the car must be to remove it.  With the subframe on the jack it barely cleared.  i am replacing the subframe bushings with the SPL aluminums and replacing the diff bushings with ES.  crap picture. 
   the old bushigns arent in too bad of shape. cant wait to get the new solids in.
 
  someone should start selling full refreshed rear end packages with multiple levels of suspension parts installed.... i am not looking forward to the bushing replacement.  the whole reason for this endeavour was i noticed my subframe was sitting crooked from a crap bushing.  i will update soon
