Message	From expert engine builders and racing gurus I know. Some guys here tune to high 12 even over 13:1 on the dyno just to get the max power they can squeeze out. Smaller turbo like HKS 2530 / TD05 with lower max boost should be fine with low 12:1. Any turbo car running over 13:1 is just crazy :)
