| It's worth every hour of missed sleep though. If you can, take some FMLA and stay home with him after/if your wife goes back to work. I spent a month at home with Alex from when he was 10 weeks, and it was about the best month of my life. Nothing like it. Sure it hurts a bit financially, but how much is bonding with your first born (something you'll never get to do again) worth?
