| Anything that is appearance oriented like the polished CAS bracket or intake manifold are probably best left off the motor. It's likely that anyone looking to dump that much money into a car is going to have their own ideas about what they want it to look like and your idea as a package is probably not going to be exactly what they are looking for. I would likely assemble the long block however, as when you machine a block you do so with a certain set of pistons, rings, crank and so on in mind. So if they buy just the block then they have to source all of the correct size parts to stick in it and re-figure the bearings they'll need and etc. Same goes for anything that was modified for that particular set of heads, like the exhaust manifolds and lower intake. The gray area is things like the water pump. That's just up to you and the only thing I can see guiding it is the initial offers looking to include or exclude these parts. Good luck.
