| At the absolute very least all potential customers should be very cautious about using them because they kept the same name and given the shady past of dozens of vendors here over the years, the original people could still be involved. Why else would the name stay the same? So no, they don't get a free pass or a clean slate like a brand new company. Beacuse of their choice to use the same name and relationships as a company shown to be crooked they have to live with that choice. I'm all for giving them a second chance but again, people should be weary. They have to EARN trust and this is just one post in the right direction. It's a start, thankfully.
