Message	Who is the owner? Can you contact that person if needed other then Email? Is this a full time company or does one person do orders and emails a few hours a day? What is the technical background if you have questions about a product? Has the person installed or used any of the products you are buying? Where is the "shop" located? Do you have any details about the company if you had to take legal actions against it?
