Agreed ... a real pain - but well worth it. My results (using pioneer 6.5's in front and 4x6's in the back) were also phenominal as far as the sound quality goes. I did have an interesting problem with water accumulating in my rear passenger enclosure recently though (look back 2 days in the general forum if you're curious ... I took pictures and everything). I think it might have damaged one of the speakers ... sounds a little odd now. We'll see though. I just finished painting my sub box tonight and should have it installed in a week or so - then I'll have good sound too. Congrats man.
