Message JWT just eliminates the safety boost fuel map and makes it the same as the higher boost one. The logic is still there though. They do this because when you put an ECU in and a boost controller the safety boost function no longer works because the stock solenoids are taken out of the equation. If the ECU switched to safety boost map but you continue to run higher boost it could result in damage to the engine.

The problem with the safety boost indicator LED is that it will blink on and off when you are on/off the throttle which I found to be very annoying.
