Message	Lke everything else, a simple compression test is more complicated on a Z. They can do a cylinder balance test with the consult that they said would tell you about the same thing, unless all cylinders were uniformly bad (not likely). Worth it for the piece of mind it gives you (of course, I was happy because the mechanic asked if this was a new engine because the results tested as such--no, just a NA with almost 100K on it)
