| Just like this DVD is meant to be. If I would have left the job of producing this DVD in your hands, when we were already several months behind schedule, we likely still wouldn't have a DVD and if we did it would have been mostly Mike's footage and all his editing. All the money we spent on this DVD will not be nearly recovered in DVD sales. We spent the money to promote the event. It's a free event to attend! You took money from us and did not deliver on your end of the deal! That is taking money from the budget for the event which is shorting the whole Z community IMO. Z1 payed you $2000 and you didn't deliver with anything at all! I would take you to small claims court and sue you if weren't so far away. We waited 6 months as you missed deadline after deadline that you yourself promised.
You still have our $2000 but you didn't deliver on our agreement what so ever. You tried to get Mike to do ALL the work of actually putting the video together for you. You admitted to Mike that you hadn't actually done anything rather than just cut the tape down and didn't plan on giving me anything other than what he had done. He managed to get about 3 minutes worth of usuable footage from the files you provided him. It was supposed to be around a half hour video. Mike used his own footage for over 90% of the DVD.
You took half of the payment for a project that I'm not sure you ever intended to deliver on or maybe you just bit off more than you could chew, I'm really not sure. When I found out for 100% certain that you were using Mike's good nature to do the project I was paying you for and you weren't even working on producing a product like we had agreed upon I just cut all ties with you and took the $2000 as a loss. I simply don't have time to deal with a situation like this. I just need results. The results that we agreed upon before you took on the project. I asked you to provide me with something if you had actually done anything like we had agreed upon but you couldn't. I still have all the AIM and e-mail correspondence on this stuff that I can break out where you are continuosly contradicting yourself between the beginning till what you say now. I'm appauled that you would even post here when you took $2000 from the Z Nationals Event and provided us almost nothing. I've got a lot to do besides running Z1 and organizing the Z Nationals. Haven't you wasted enough of time already? I'm done with this argument and I apologize to everyone that something like this is being associated with the event we take so much pride on putting together.
