Message	will also eventually fail and I have replaced them before on customer cars - HOWEVER of all the cars I have worked on the only time I ever found myself replacing new style injectors on a car it was a '94 NA w. over 275K on it and 4 out of 6 where reading out of range but only 1 was not firing.
