has a phishing filter and tells you if you the links you click are phishing sites. I am sure other virus programs have it too, but I know that I use the aforementioned and it works great. I sometimes click the links just to see if they will pick it up as a phished site and it has every time. Like previously mentioned, however, closing the browser and opening in a new is the safest way.
