Granted I only have stock turbos, I didn't have any trouble with traction while doing little to no burnout with my MT DR's. At the dragstrip I ran several runs (2hrs between each), the first doing about a 10sec burnout with smoke, and the rest doing a 3-4sec burnout simply getting the water off my tires. Neither yielded a difference, and I figured why not save some tire tread at the same time by doing less.
Same goes for on the street, except no burnout and all I do is hook up.
