Subject	Battery leaking water pretty bad - Pls help.

Message	OK guys, everytime I park the car for a while, I see a water leaking from the engine bay close to the right front tire. I'm pretty sure it's water cos I examined it on my finger and it's pretty much colorless and odourless. I popped the hood and discovered that the battery was directly above the leak. So I think it's safe to assume that it's battery water leaking. It leaks badly enough for a puddle of water to form and if the road is not flat, flow downhill. What does this mean? Do I need a new battery? Or am I good just driving it until the battery dies on me or does it mean I need to add battery water to the battery. If I do, where do I add it? I looked at the battery and there's no place to add water into. Thanks
