| So how does she measure up? The day Harry was there we ran 1:40 for the south loop. I have had a front bias-rotor warpage-in-5-laps-issue that has taken a long time to sort out, but has been solved with Kuah's prop valve. Consequently, I have gained more confidence in my brake system, resulting carryng more speed down the straights and later, more aggresive braking. I am down to 1:38-1:40 lap times. I hope to knock off another second by the end of the month if I can. Lotus Elise/Exige-S: non-issue, easy kill. STi: Well modded, at least 3-4 seconds slower. The Z06's in Harry's pics: ran 1:39-1:42 The Purple BMW in Harry's pics: 1:38-1:42 The Red BMW: 1:37-1:40 The GT3's (most run upgraded exhausts, PCCB or equivalent, and suspension tunes like Moton Clubs): Lots of variability here. I outrun several, run even with some, and get spanked by 3-4 seconds by some. Well engineered machines with good pilots. Some guys at the track bring race-cars that are in another league. All in all the Z has earned some respect at the track and we're working on more grip for next year. I hope to travel to some Z events next year to let her loose. Cheers.
