we had the timing turned back to 9 degrees....so it was hard to get it out of the hole as it felt laggy and sluggish. Still had tons of power....but it was all up high. Once we turned the timing up.....it luanched HARD.....which was my second run. Problem was....I broke the shifter isolator...that hols the stick up.....so it fell down as I grabbed second....and I only ran a 13.9 @110.....and in addition the old clutch was masking a week master cyln go it was difficult to shift once the fluid got hot....so quick shifts were out of the question. Anyway....we fixed the shifter....had time for one more pass....and Greg D was driving (hey he built it right) and hole shotted it HARD....it luanched great....but then he missed second. ran a 13.2 @114 missing second gear completly.... Let me put it this way.....it runs with or pulls on Mark Leaders white 280 that ran a 11.4....so its got a low 11 in it. Just needs a better driver. With more seat time......mid 11.....when the NOS is on....high 10....but Ill need a stutter box or TC becuase of the lack of boost off the line. Work in progress for sure. But man....its faster than SHIT!
