Message	stuff they have as "non lethal weapons"....some evil sounding accoustic weapons, and how about a "neuo-implant" to control your actions, straight out of Star Trek. Biotechnical, Neuro-Implant. Computer implants into the brain which allow for behavioral modification and control. Current research is experimental in nature and focuses on lab animals such as mice [636].
