I am impressed in the fact you offer an explanation without trying to dodge or redirect blame. You even point out your known flaws, heck everybody has them. In the specific case you talk about, shit happens. It may not be anybody's fault but customers look for somebody to blame, a natural reaction. You seem to be an honest person trying to run an honest business at a difficult time. Service is the bottom line and if you have to work harder or longer to provide a good service then so be it. Unfortunately, that's not something most customers will be sympathetic to. You may want to ask customers for extra time for new orders so you can get your head above water again. All of them may not want to delay orders but some might and it sounds like any little bit would help right now. Buck up little camper, it may be more difficult, but being too busy is far better than being too slow. Good Luck. MarkBTW, you will be the one I go to for an interior package.
