Message	As many have been told before with similar posts, if you feel like you are not getting anywhere or are unhappy with your product or service, just try getting in touch with Russell and he will work with you to resolve the situation. It only makes since, that if you are dissatisfied and feel like you are not getting the type of customer service that you need in regards to any business that you take the matter up with the owner and or manager. It is only a luxury that they happen to be active on this forum.
