: an old copy....its a few years old but I know you can purchase updates. Thanks....worth looking into. Didn't even think of using it for those fuctions.
the most useful feature is the customer list. If you have repeat customers, you can easily pull up their info (address, ph #, payment info, etc). It's a lot easier than digging through your old invoices or having them give you the info again. When you expand your business, having info on this at your fingertips becomes handy. A few months ago I could easily remember John Doe's order for XX part - when it was made, what it was for, how much I charged him, etc. But my business has gotten to the point where it's more difficult for me to remember everything that I've done in the last few months. I need a secretary with nice legs to do the dirty paperwork for me (oops, did I just type that? LOL)
