Message	your account - It's crazy, but I sold a few things to a guy (way back in the day, has to be 7 years or so now) - and I closed my Paypal account not long after I sold it to him. He contacted Paypal and filed a greivance, saying he never got the items. Since I no longer had a Paypal account they didn't even bother contacting me, they credited this guys account and showed a debit to mine. When I went to re-open an account I was blocked due to this $40 debit I had that THEY credited to him. After a nice long "discussion" with Paypal, they informed me that they credit back the party found in favor and go after the other party directly through credit or whatever means were set up to open the account. BAsically I'm saying Paypal fucked me that way - make them give you your cash and go after this other dope.... Good luck.
